  1. How and where can I subscribe to a business plan?

    If you have your own company or organisation you can send us a request in the contact us section of the website and an Account Executive will contact you to talk you through what is required, if you are part of a company who uses Ooredoo already, you should contact your Internal Communications Manager.

  2. What are the usage charges for calling on my plan?

    Prices vary from plan to plan in accordance with your company's internal HR Policy and Guidelines. Kindly refer to your company's designated PIC (Person in Charge)

  3. What Ooredoo approved devices are available?

    You can visit the device section on the business page for the full range of Ooredoo Approved devices.

  4. Can I call the Ooredoo Contact Centre while roaming and what is the charge?

    Yes you can. The rate calling the Contact Centre is the same as calling another number in Myanmar, and the actual rate varies between countries. Please consult the International section of the site for the actual rate.

  5. What number should I call for business customers?

    Only the designated PIC (Person in Charge) at your offices is given a special dedicated number to contact us with speical requests. For general information, please call our contact center 234
