Yes, you can buy Thailand Data Roaming Packs from both main balance and Loan (Kyo Thone).

Roaming Data Packs are charged at the time you activate them and are non-refundable
The validity of Roaming Data packs is from and including the day of activation.
You can use Data Roaming packs only in those specified countries. For example you can use Data Roaming pack for Thailand only in Thailand.
